However, we also recognise that, on occasion, things can go wrong. If in the unlikely event that any of our products are proven to be faulty, we will, at our discretion, either replace or reimburse the product.

These terms are subject to our standard terms and conditions which require the return of all items concerned, along with a copy of the engineer’s report and machine history of all affected machines..
